No. Our monthly bandwidth allocations are measured on combined inbound and outbound traffic, but LocalShred traffic is fully excluded from this. Because the shred stream is delivered over our local network, it never touches your external bandwidth allocation. In practice this means you can consume the full shred feed continuously without it affecting your monthly quota in any way.
